1. Consultation & Design
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your vision, needs, space, and budget. We’ll then create a custom pool design tailored specifically to your property and lifestyle.
2. Site Evaluation & Permits
Our team will visit your site to evaluate access, terrain, and utilities. We’ll also handle the necessary permit applications and local approvals to ensure a smooth project start.
3. Excavation
Once approved, we begin excavation based on the final design layout. This step involves digging the shape of the pool with precision and care, even in tight or challenging spaces.
4. Steel Reinforcement
A steel rebar framework is installed to provide the structural strength that gunite pools are known for. This cage forms the backbone of your pool.
5. Plumbing & Electrical
We install all required plumbing lines for circulation, heating, and water features, along with any electrical components needed for lighting, automation, or spa integration.
6. Gunite Application
Next, we spray a concrete mixture (gunite) onto the steel structure under high pressure. After shaping and smoothing, the shell is cured for maximum strength and durability.
7. Plaster, Tile, Coping & Finish
We apply custom tile, coping, and any desired waterline details. Then we add your selected interior finish—plaster, pebble, quartz, or other premium options.
8. Decking & Landscaping (Optional)
